2. Use of the Platform

• You must provide accurate and truthful information in your application
• You may not submit CVs or information on behalf of another person without their consent
• You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Screening test links are personal and must not be shared with others

3. Screening Process

Koyame uses automated CV matching and screening tests to evaluate candidates. Results are indicative and do not guarantee employment. All final hiring decisions rest with the employer.

4. Reapplication Policy

Candidates who do not clear a screening test for a specific role must wait 3 months before reapplying for the same position. This policy exists to ensure fair evaluation cycles.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, design, and code — is the property of Koyame. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Koyame is a recruitment intermediary and is not liable for any employment outcome, offer, or rejection. We facilitate connections between candidates and employers but do not guarantee placement.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
