- To notify you of the outcome of your screening test
- To contact you if you are shortlisted for further stages
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your CV and personal details are shared only with the relevant hiring team internally. Employer names are kept confidential on our public listings.
4. Data Retention
Your application data is retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission. After this period, it is deleted from our systems unless you have been placed in an active role.
